1. Product Returns & Hygiene Policy

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our cosmetic products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used hair care products to ensure the safety, sterility, and integrity of the items we deliver to our customers.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. Once the issue is verified, we will happily:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a store credit or full refund for the affected item.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is lost in transit due to a carrier error, please notify us immediately. We will work directly with the shipping provider to investigate and help resolve the issue.
